Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Do you want to return or exchange something? No problem!

 

At The Outbark, we believe in the quality and practicality of our products — they’re made to last and to make life easier. But if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your order:

 

Step 1: Send us an email at info@theoutbark.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Step 4: Post it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 5: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

 

Please note:

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Return Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

 

1: Be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order

2: Be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging

3: Include your order number and reason for return.

 

We replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@theoutbark.com.au before sending it back.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and to update you on your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary.

If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@theoutbark.com and we’ll help sort it out.

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
